Three Horn have created their Blueberry mead like none other seen in Australia.
By combining premium Victorian Yellow Gum honey with plump, juicy delicious blueberries.
Once fermentation is complete, the blueberry mead is then sent to rye whisky barrels for a rest period of 6 months.
The results are full flavoured, full bodied mead, that is warm like a whiskey,
with a luscious, fruity, crisp finish.
Our Barrel Aged Blueberry mead will surely
warm the heart and soul before, during and after any occasion.
