Pinot Pyment is where mead and wine grapes come together to make a drop so deeply complex and moreish, you’ll wonder where it’s been all your life.  

Using late harvest grapes from our resident Vineyard, Rowsley Fault, infused with Victorian honey and aged to perfection in oak, the flavours unite to create a crimson crowd-pleaser you’ll love bringing along to social dinners year-round.   

Dark ripened fruits weave through the aromas, followed by woody undertones from its time on oak and present themselves on the palate as a delectable twist on a Pinot Noir.  

Best served: At room temperature.  

Best paired with: A succulent rack of lamb and roasted seasonal vegetables.
