Strawberry Jam mead is made.
Local, handpicked strawberries are painstakingly slow
cooked into jam by Three Horn, then carefully infused with
Victorian honey to produce a mead jam packed with flavour.
Tasting Notes:
The sweet aroma of warm fruit and honey entices the
senses, and the flavours of marmalade and homemade
strawberry jam hit the palate in the perfect balance of tart
and sweet.
The marmalade afternotes linger and coat the mouth with
the viscosity of a well-made fortified.
